About BrandHaven Hotel Group - Hotel management with no resort fees and the rate stated in full

BrandHaven Hotel Group operates and manages hotels across Kansas and the central plains from our base in Wichita.

Resort and facility fees exist to make a rate look lower than it is. Guests discover them at check-in, review scores suffer, and direct booking declines.

We charge none of them. The advertised rate is the rate, with taxes shown separately so it can be compared honestly against any other property.

Owners receive supplier invoices as issued, system access in real time, and a monthly report that explains variances rather than summarising them.

To operate hotels in the central plains where the rate quoted is the rate paid.

Who We Are

BrandHaven Hotel Group operates select-service, extended-stay and independent hotels across Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.

Our office is on North Highland Road in Wichita and our properties are within a half day drive of it.

We manage for third-party owners as well as operating our own assets.

How We Are Paid

A management fee agreed in advance, with supplier invoices passed through to owners exactly as issued.

We take no markup on vendor spend and no commission from any supplier.

Our Commitment to Kansas

Demand here is driven by business travel, aviation and agriculture, and it moves differently from leisure markets.

Rate strategy follows measured demand rather than matching whatever the property next door posted.
